The installation arm of the Powertech Electricals has developed an effective and flexible project management system that underpins the installation process from feasibility budget to the final hand over of the project to the client.

This system can be entered or exited at any point to best reflect the client's particular preference or project structure priority.

Initial project development is supported by project budgets provided in the preliminary stage to ensure project feasibility or confirm budgeting constraints on the entire project can be met.

Professional engineering support is provided throughout the project delivery process and ensures adherence to the project's objective outcomes.

Up to date project management systems are used to control every activity and milestone in the construction phase of the project, in line with the contractor’s project program, ensuring strict control of quality, time, cost and implementation of an integrated occupational health and safety program. Site supervision of the project is conducted by competent staff with many years of product knowledge, to ensure compliance with the construction standards and site-specific activities.

Commissioning of the project is conducted to demonstrate design parameters and satisfactory performance of the system prior to the final handover to the
